Venues
Venues we have actually run.
One page per venue, each anchored to a real activation with published numbers — footprint, power and throughput stated plainly enough that a venue coordinator or general contractor can approve it without calling us first.
Where we have set up
Five venues, five sets of numbers.
We only publish a venue page for a building we have worked. If yours is not listed, that does not mean we cannot deliver there — the footprint and power requirement travel unchanged. It means we would rather quote your venue honestly than pretend we know its loading dock.
Anaheim Convention Center
MD&M West — four simulators, 1,384 sessions, 589 unique drivers across three days. Exhibitor kits, drayage and union labour worked the way a show floor expects.
Pomona Fairplex
Bimmer Invasion — three rigs across 250,000 sq ft and 10,000+ attendees, with a 40% driver return rate. A distance and visibility problem more than a space one.
Santa Monica Pier
Insurance Fest — 54 named contacts and 443 laps at 95% rig utilization, on a deck with no loading dock and weather that gets a vote.
Long Beach Convention Center
Grand Prix weekend — ~800 drivers across a three-day exhibition, 29.5 hours live, with the queue doubling as a survey funnel.
Los Angeles Center Studios
PuffCon — three rigs inside a 15,000-guest block party, 520+ sessions over a 16-hour day and a 46% return rate.
The same four numbers, every venue
- Motion
- Full-motion
- Every rig. No static seats, no exceptions.
- Footprint
- 5′×8′
- Per rig in operation. 10′×12′ for a pair with room to queue.
- Power
- 1 outlet
- One standard 110V outlet per two rigs. No generators, no special wiring.
- Throughput
- 15–20
- Guests per hour, per simulator. Multiplies with every rig you add.
Your venue not on the list?
Tell us the building, the hall and the dates. We will come back with a configuration and, where the venue is new to us, say so plainly rather than guess at its load-in.
