Fans racing head-to-head on Trackside full-motion simulators at the NASCAR San Diego fan activation

Service Area · San Diego

Racing simulator rental in San Diego — travel quoted before you commit.

Racing activations delivered to San Diego — corporate events, conferences, fan activations and private functions. We come to you, set up, run the format and break it down.

What an extended service area actually means.

San Diego sits outside our standard 30-mile delivery radius, so we will not pretend it costs the same as an Irvine ballroom. Travel is quoted as its own line in your proposal, you see the number before you commit, and nothing is added afterwards.

What does not change is the scope. The same crew travels, the same race director runs the format, and load-in, setup and teardown are still ours. An extended service area affects the quote, not what you are responsible for on the day.

Where we have run in San Diego.

The day before the inaugural NASCAR San Diego street race, a two-simulator activation at Naval Base Coronado put 130+ fans in the driver’s seat across 5.5 hours of head-to-head racing — a line from open to close, run by a two-person crew from load-in to teardown.

That was a controlled-access venue on a fixed schedule the day before a major race weekend, which is about as unforgiving as event logistics get. Indoors or out, ballroom or lot — the footprint and the power requirement are the same wherever we set up.

Secure and controlled-access venues.

Military installations, corporate campuses with badge control and venues inside an event footprint all share the same constraint: access has a longer lead time than equipment does. Credentialing, vehicle clearance and escorted load-in are the items that decide whether a date is deliverable, and they need naming early.

We have run it. Coronado required badging and a fixed access window, and the activation still opened on time and ran continuously to close. If your venue has requirements like that, raise them in the first conversation rather than the last.

What we need from your venue.

Less than most people expect. Each simulator takes a footprint of about 5 ft wide by 8 ft deep in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V wall outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom.

We load in about three hours before doors and are packed out about an hour after close, all off the clock and outside your event hours. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — exact arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the proposal.

Delivery and travel.

San Diego is an extended service area rather than part of standard delivery. Travel is quoted transparently in your proposal — no hidden fees, and you see the figure before you commit.

What is included.

Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Pricing is flat and starts at $3,200, and every package includes five full event hours. Setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock.

Custom liveries — your brand on the cars, the track and the broadcast — are included from The Grand Prix tier up and available as an add-on on any tier. The full package breakdown is on the pricing page.

What we do not do.

We bring the racing and everything that runs it. Catering, bar service and general venue AV stay with you or your venue — we do not quote or coordinate them. It keeps the scope clean and the quote honest.

We carry liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request, along with a run-of-show your facilities and AV teams can work from.

Common questions

It is quoted transparently in your proposal rather than buried. San Diego sits outside our standard 30-mile delivery radius, so travel appears as its own line and you see the figure before you commit. There are no fees added afterwards.

Yes. Our San Diego activation ran at Naval Base Coronado, which meant credentialing, escorted load-in and a fixed access window. Tell us the requirements early — badging and vehicle clearance are the parts with the longest lead time, not the equipment.

When the venue or the schedule requires it, yes. For the NASCAR weekend we were on site ahead of the event rather than racing the clock on the morning. For a straightforward San Diego date we still load in about three hours before doors, off the clock.

The Coronado activation ran 5.5 hours of continuous head-to-head racing with a line from open to close, staffed by a two-person crew from load-in to teardown. Programs are built around five event hours as standard, and longer or multi-day runs are quoted to scope.

Four to six weeks for a corporate event, and longer if the venue involves credentialing or a controlled-access site. We reply to every inquiry within one business day with availability and a single recommended program.
