Yes, and LA County is standard delivery — no travel surcharge, with delivery, setup and breakdown included within 30 miles. Our published LA-area activations run from the Santa Monica Pier to the Pomona Fairplex to Long Beach, which is most of the county’s width.
Service Area · Los Angeles
Racing simulator rental in Los Angeles — including the venues without a loading dock.
Racing activations delivered across Los Angeles County — corporate events, brand activations, launches and festivals. We bring the simulators, the broadcast and the crew to your venue; you provide space and power.
In LA the constraint is access, not floor space.
Almost every venue in the county has room for a 5 ft by 8 ft footprint. What varies wildly is how you get to it — a pier deck with no vehicle access, a studio lot with a fixed gate window, a rooftop with one service elevator, a fairground where the nearest parking is a quarter-mile from the hall.
So we plan the route before the quote is final rather than discovering it on the day. The rigs break down to move through standard doorways and service corridors, and the load-in plan goes into your run-of-show with real arrival and clear times attached.
Where we have run in Los Angeles.
On the Santa Monica Pier, a Formula 4 activation for Epay Policy at Insurance Fest produced 54 named contacts and roughly 18 hours of decision-maker attention in one day, at 95% rig utilization. At the Pomona Fairplex, three rigs cut through a 10,000-guest BMW festival across 250,000 sq ft of floor.
In Long Beach, a two-simulator queue at the Grand Prix engaged ~800 drivers over three days and doubled as a survey funnel. Downtown, three rigs anchored a 15,000-guest block party on a studio lot. Piers, fairgrounds, studio lots and paddocks — the awkward venues are the ones we have the most reps in.
Most of what we run here is outdoors.
That is not a limitation we tolerate; it is the normal case. Open-air venues are routine, the rigs are set up for them, and the crew plans for sun, wind and cable runs across surfaces that were not designed for cable runs.
If your event is outdoors and weather turns severe enough to make operating unsafe, your date reschedules without penalty. That is written into the agreement, so there is no day-of negotiation about it while you are trying to run an event.
What we need from your venue.
Less than most people expect. Each simulator takes a footprint of about 5 ft wide by 8 ft deep in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V wall outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom.
We load in about three hours before doors and are packed out about an hour after close, all off the clock and outside your event hours. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — exact arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the proposal.

Delivery and travel.
Los Angeles County is included in standard delivery — no travel surcharge, with delivery, setup and breakdown included within 30 miles. Race director and crew are included across LA County and Orange County.
What is included.
Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Pricing is flat and starts at $3,200, and every package includes five full event hours. Setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock.
Custom liveries — your brand on the cars, the track and the broadcast — are included from The Grand Prix tier up and available as an add-on on any tier. The full package breakdown is on the pricing page.
What we do not do.
We bring the racing and everything that runs it. Catering, bar service and general venue AV stay with you or your venue — we do not quote or coordinate them. It keeps the scope clean and the quote honest.
We carry liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request, along with a run-of-show your facilities and AV teams can work from.
Common questions
Usually. The rigs break down to move through standard doorways and service corridors, and we plan the route in advance rather than discovering it on the day. Tell us about the dock, the elevator, the permit window or the lack of any of them, and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Routinely — most of our activations are outdoors, so piers, lots, courtyards and fairgrounds are normal rather than an exception. If your event is outdoors and weather turns severe enough to make operating unsafe, the date reschedules without penalty, written into the agreement.
A pier deck at Insurance Fest, 250,000 sq ft of fairground floor at Pomona, a street-circuit paddock at the Long Beach Grand Prix, and a downtown studio lot for a 15,000-guest block party. Ballrooms and offices too, but the unusual venues are where the format tends to earn its place.
About three hours before doors, and we are packed out roughly an hour after close — all off the clock and outside your event hours. For venues with a fixed load-in window or a permit, we work inside it and confirm the timings in your run-of-show.
