Service Area · Orange County
Racing simulator rental in Orange County — our home county.
We are based in Orange County and most of what we run happens inside it — corporate receptions, trade show booths, off-sites and private functions, delivered to your venue and staffed by our crew.
Being local changes the quote, not just the drive.
Orange County is standard delivery, so there is no travel surcharge and no mileage line that appears after you have agreed a number. Delivery, setup and breakdown are included within 30 miles, and the race director and crew are included across Orange County and LA County.
It also means we can walk your venue before the date without adding a cost to do it. We did exactly that ahead of the Mercer reception in Irvine — confirming floor space, outlet positions and the load-in route in person is the cheapest way to remove surprises from an event that has none to spare.
Where we have run in Orange County.
Two of our published activations are Orange County events. Mercer marked Marsh’s Formula 1 partnership with a two-simulator Formula 4 time trial at a reception in Irvine — 35 named drivers, 106 laps, and a room that stayed past close to hear the standings.
At the Anaheim Convention Center, a four-rig booth activation drew 589 unique drivers across three days of MD&M West. If your event is specifically an Anaheim convention booth, we have a page on the show-floor side of it.
The rooms we see most here.
Hotel ballrooms across the resort corridor, corporate campuses around Irvine and Costa Mesa, office floors, restaurant private rooms, and the occasional parking lot or courtyard. Orange County venues tend to be well-serviced and easy to load into, which is why short-notice dates are more often possible here than anywhere else we cover.
The footprint does not change with the room. Each simulator takes about 5 ft by 8 ft, two rigs share one standard outlet, and we load in about three hours before doors and are out about an hour after close — off the clock, outside your event hours.
What we need from your venue.
Less than most people expect. Each simulator takes a footprint of about 5 ft wide by 8 ft deep in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V wall outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom.
We load in about three hours before doors and are packed out about an hour after close, all off the clock and outside your event hours. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — exact arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the proposal.

Delivery and travel.
Orange County is included in standard delivery — no travel surcharge, with delivery, setup and breakdown included within 30 miles. Race director and crew are included across Orange County and LA County.
What is included.
Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Pricing is flat and starts at $3,200, and every package includes five full event hours. Setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock.
Custom liveries — your brand on the cars, the track and the broadcast — are included from The Grand Prix tier up and available as an add-on on any tier. The full package breakdown is on the pricing page.
What we do not do.
We bring the racing and everything that runs it. Catering, bar service and general venue AV stay with you or your venue — we do not quote or coordinate them. It keeps the scope clean and the quote honest.
We carry liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request, along with a run-of-show your facilities and AV teams can work from.
Common questions
Yes, and we do it regularly for Orange County dates because it costs us a short drive. We did it for the Mercer reception in Irvine. It is the cheapest way to remove surprises: we confirm the floor space, the outlet locations and the load-in route before anything is quoted as final.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a corporate event. Being based here means short-notice dates are more often possible than they would be further out — we reply within one business day either way, with availability and a single recommended program.
Hotel ballrooms, corporate campuses, offices, convention centre booths, restaurants with a private room, and parking lots. Each simulator needs about 5 ft by 8 ft and two rigs share one standard outlet, so the venue rarely has to do anything but point us at the space.
Each simulator runs about 15 to 20 drivers per hour and that multiplies with every rig. Three simulators — the setup most groups book — carry anything from an executive dinner up to a 200-guest function without the queue stalling.
