Honestly, it mostly serves the people who were never going to the dance floor. The two formats run at different ends of the room and different parts of the night, and the racing tends to hold the guests who would otherwise have left after dessert.

Holiday party entertainment your team will talk about in January.
The annual party has a hard job: it has to feel like a reward, work for a room that spans the whole org chart, and be different enough from last year to be worth attending. Background entertainment does none of that.
The annual-party problem.
A DJ and a bar produce a pleasant evening that nobody remembers. The difficulty is that a holiday party mixes people who have nothing in common except an employer — different departments, ages, seniority, and wildly different appetites for being the centre of attention.
What bridges that is a shared spectacle with a low barrier to entry: something people can either do or watch, with a result everyone can follow.
A centerpiece, not background.
A live racing grid draws the room to one place. Guests compete wheel-to-wheel, the leaderboard climbs on the big screen, and the night builds to a podium ceremony — the photo moment your guests actually share.
Custom liveries put your company on the cars, the track and the broadcast, so the centerpiece is on-brand rather than a generic rental parked in a corner.
It runs itself.
A dedicated race director MCs the format, manages the grid and keeps the energy up. Nobody on your team has to host it, chase people to take a turn, or explain the rules for the fortieth time.
We own the load-in, the cable management and the breakdown, on a schedule your venue approves in advance.
What we need from your venue.
Less than most people expect. Each simulator takes a footprint of about 5 ft wide by 8 ft deep in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V wall outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom.
We load in about three hours before doors and are packed out about an hour after close, all off the clock and outside your event hours. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — exact arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the proposal.
Space & power
- Motion
- Full-motion
- Every rig. No static seats, no exceptions.
- Footprint
- 5′×8′

- Power
- 1 outlet
- One standard 110V outlet per two rigs. No generators, no special wiring.
- Throughput
- 15–20
- Guests per hour, per simulator. Multiplies with every rig you add.
December books early.
Plan on four to six weeks of lead time for a corporate event; December compresses fast, so earlier is better. A deposit reserves your date and the balance is due before the event, with exact terms in your written proposal.
If your party is outdoors and weather turns severe enough to make operating unsafe, your date reschedules without penalty — that is written into the agreement, so there is no day-of negotiation.
The specific problem with a holiday party.
A holiday party is the hardest room of the year to programme. Seniority is mixed, enthusiasm is mixed, and people arrive with wildly different ideas of what the evening is for. The dance floor serves maybe a third of the room honestly. Everyone else clusters at tables, waits a respectable interval, and leaves.
The gap to fill is not more entertainment. It is a reason for the two-thirds who were never going to dance to stay in the room and end up talking to someone from another department.
Where it goes in the night.
The usual shape: an open grid through arrival and cocktails, a pause for dinner and whatever speeches have to happen, then the grid reopens and the standings close out on a podium ceremony after dessert. The leaderboard runs the whole time, so there is a live reason to come back after dinner rather than drift toward the door.
The podium is the part people underestimate. A named winner, a photo, and a trophy moment gives the night an ending — which is usually the thing a holiday party is missing.
What is included.
Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Pricing is flat and starts at $3,200, and every package includes five full event hours. Setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock.
Custom liveries — your brand on the cars, the track and the broadcast — are included from The Grand Prix tier up and available as an add-on on any tier. The full package breakdown is on the pricing page.
Common questions
Most parties run an open grid through arrival and cocktails, pause for dinner and speeches, then reopen and finish on a podium ceremony. The leaderboard stays live across the break, which is what brings people back rather than out to the parking lot.
Yes — most of our activations run outdoors under tenting, so open-air venues are routine rather than an exception. If your party is outdoors and weather turns severe enough to make operating unsafe, the date reschedules without penalty. That is written into the agreement, so there is no day-of negotiation.
Each simulator runs about 15 to 20 drivers per hour and the throughput multiplies with every rig. Three simulators keep a steady grid running for anything from an intimate team dinner up to a 200-guest party, without a queue that stops moving.
About 5 ft by 8 ft per simulator in operation, and roughly 10 ft by 12 ft for a pair with room to queue — a corner of the room rather than a wing of it. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V outlet, so no electrician call-out.
Proof from the floor
- —Mercer · Formula 1 celebration, Irvine — 35 named drivers, 106 laps, and a room that stayed past close to hear the standings.
- —DSF Werks · Pit Stop fundraiser, Long Beach — two simulators as the gathering point of the lot.
