Yes. We coordinate with the general service contractor and venue exhibitor services, work inside your move-in window and labour requirements, and handle drayage and advance warehouse shipments at advance rates when the show requires them. We can run under your exhibitor of record or our own.
Service Area · Anaheim
Racing simulator rental in Anaheim — built for the convention floor.
Racing activations delivered in Anaheim — convention centre booths, hotel ballrooms, corporate functions and private events. Fully staffed, measured afterwards, and built to work inside a show floor’s rules.
Most Anaheim work is show-floor work, and show floors have rules.
A convention booth is not a ballroom with worse carpet. There is an exhibitor kit, a move-in window, union labour requirements, drayage, advance warehouse deadlines, a general service contractor with opinions, and a venue that wants a certificate of insurance naming it as additional insured before you unload anything.
We work inside all of it. We coordinate with the GSC and exhibitor services, ship to the advance warehouse at advance rates when the show requires it, and can run under your exhibitor of record or our own — whichever your paperwork needs. None of that lands on your team during move-in week.
Where we have run in Anaheim.
Our most-measured activation is an Anaheim one. At MD&M West in the Anaheim Convention Center — 13,500+ qualified buyers, 1,700 exhibiting companies — a four-simulator booth activation ran 1,384 race sessions across three days, putting 589 unique drivers in the seat for ~323 hours of brand exposure.
The queue overflowed into the aisle and lifted foot traffic for neighbouring exhibitors. If you are exhibiting at that specific show, we have a page on what this looks like at MD&M West.
Sizing the booth so the line stays inside it.
The most common Anaheim mistake is running more stations than the footprint supports. A 10x10 carries one station comfortably; a 10x20 carries two with room for a queue that does not spill into the aisle. Past that, two to four concurrent stations raise throughput per hour in step with the space.
Overfilling a booth does not double your numbers — it produces a jam, an aisle complaint, and a worse experience than one station would have delivered. Tell us your booth dimensions and we will recommend a configuration, including when the answer is fewer rigs than you were planning to buy.
What we need from your venue.
Less than most people expect. Each simulator takes a footprint of about 5 ft wide by 8 ft deep in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft. Two rigs run off a single standard 110V wall outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom.
We load in about three hours before doors and are packed out about an hour after close, all off the clock and outside your event hours. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — exact arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the proposal.

Delivery and travel.
Anaheim sits inside Orange County and is included in standard delivery — no travel surcharge, with delivery, setup and breakdown included within 30 miles. For convention centre work we operate inside your exhibitor kit, load-in windows and any union labour rules.
What is included.
Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Pricing is flat and starts at $3,200, and every package includes five full event hours. Setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock.
Custom liveries — your brand on the cars, the track and the broadcast — are included from The Grand Prix tier up and available as an add-on on any tier. The full package breakdown is on the pricing page.
What we do not do.
We bring the racing and everything that runs it. Catering, bar service and general venue AV stay with you or your venue — we do not quote or coordinate them. It keeps the scope clean and the quote honest.
We carry liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request, along with a run-of-show your facilities and AV teams can work from.
Common questions
A single simulator needs about 5 ft by 8 ft in operation, and a pair with room to queue needs roughly 10 ft by 12 ft — so a 10x10 carries one station comfortably. Two to four concurrent stations raise throughput in step with the space you give them.
Yes — fully insured at $1M/$2M general liability, with a certificate of insurance on request and additional insured naming available for the venue and your client. We also keep backup units on site, so a hardware fault never takes the booth dark.
It is a real risk and it is a sizing question. A queue that spills into the aisle draws a complaint from show management, so we size the station count to the footprint rather than to the budget, and orient the rigs so the line forms inside your space.
No. Anaheim sits inside Orange County and is included in standard delivery, with delivery, setup and breakdown included within 30 miles. Show-specific costs like drayage or union labour are quoted separately and plainly, because they are set by the show rather than by us.
