Yes. At Bimmer Invasion three rigs worked a 250,000 sq ft floor. On a footprint that size the leaderboard and the broadcast screen do the drawing — they are visible from well down the hall, which is what turns a big empty floor into a gathering point.

Racing simulator activations at Pomona Fairplex.
A 487-acre campus of halls, lots and open ground in LA County. The challenge at Fairplex is never floor space — it is being findable on a floor big enough to swallow an activation whole.
What we have already run here.
At Bimmer Invasion LA 2025 — 10,000+ attendees and 1,300+ show cars — three full-motion simulators ran as a live-leaderboard attraction across 250,000 sq ft of floor, holding 106 unique drivers with a 40% return rate and 12+ hours of aggregate hands-on exposure.
On a floor that size a static display disappears. A grid with a climbing leaderboard and a broadcast screen stays visible from a distance and pulls a standing ring of spectators, which is the mechanism that makes it self-sustaining. The full case study is here.
Distance, surfaces and power.
Fairplex logistics are a distance problem. Gate to hall can be a long push, surfaces change from polished concrete to asphalt to hardpack within one activation footprint, and the nearest power drop is rarely where the crowd should be standing.
So the load-in route, the cable runs and the rig placement get planned against your hall assignment before the date, not on the morning. LA County is standard delivery, so none of that adds travel cost to the quote.
What we need on your floor
- Motion
- Full-motion
- Every rig. No static seats, no exceptions.
- Footprint
- 5′×8′
- Per rig in operation. 10′×12′ for a pair with room to queue.
- Power
- 1 outlet
- One standard 110V outlet per two rigs. No generators, no special wiring.
- Throughput
- 15–20
- Guests per hour, per simulator. Multiplies with every rig you add.
Common questions
Either. Most of what we run is outdoors, so open-air sections of the Fairplex are routine rather than an exception. If your date is outdoors and weather turns severe enough to make operating unsafe, it reschedules without penalty, written into the agreement.
Further than at most venues, which is why we plan the route rather than discover it. The rigs break down to move through standard doorways and service corridors, and arrival and clear times go into your run-of-show with the distance already accounted for.
One standard 110V outlet per two rigs, wherever they sit on the floor. Three simulators need two outlets. No generators and no distro, which matters on a campus where power drops are not always where you want the activation.
