Racing simulator activations at the Anaheim Convention Center.

This is the building our most-measured activation ran in. We are based in Orange County, so the ACC is standard delivery with no travel surcharge — and we work inside the exhibitor kit, the move-in window and the labour rules rather than handing them back to your team.

What we have already run here.

At MD&M West — 13,500+ qualified buyers and 1,700 exhibiting companies — a four-simulator booth activation ran 1,384 race sessions across three days, putting 589 unique drivers in the seat for roughly 323 hours of brand exposure, with 89% of them first-time drivers.

The queue overflowed into the aisle and lifted foot traffic for neighbouring exhibitors. The full case study has the session-by-session numbers, and if MD&M West is your show specifically, there is a page for that.

Load-in, floor rules and the aisle.

A convention booth is not a ballroom with worse carpet. We coordinate with the general service contractor and exhibitor services, ship to the advance warehouse at advance rates when the show calls for it, and work inside union labour requirements. The certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is ready before we unload.

The constraint worth planning around is the aisle. A queue that spills out of your footprint draws a complaint from show management, so we size the station count to the space you have been assigned and orient the rigs so the line forms inside your booth rather than across the walkway.

Common questions

Yes. We coordinate with the general service contractor and venue exhibitor services, work inside your assigned move-in window and labour rules, and handle drayage and advance warehouse shipments at advance rates when the show requires them. We can run under your exhibitor of record or our own.

About 5 ft by 8 ft per simulator in operation, and roughly 10 ft by 12 ft for a pair with room to queue — so a 10x10 carries one station comfortably. Tell us your booth number and dimensions and we will recommend a configuration, including when that means fewer rigs than you were planning.

One standard 110V outlet per two rigs. No generators, no distro, no electrician call-out. We confirm amperage with venue services in advance so it appears correctly on your electrical order rather than as a surprise on move-in day.

Yes — $1M/$2M general liability, certificate of insurance on request, and additional insured naming for the venue and your client. We also keep backup units on site, so a hardware fault never takes the booth dark mid-show.
