Trade Show Activations · Southern California & Las Vegas
You spent months and a real budget on this booth. Then the doors open and the aisle traffic walks right past it. A full-motion racing simulator forms the line — and the line is the whole point.

The Problem
At a trade show you’re not paying for square footage. You’re paying for the people who stop. A quiet booth burns the same money as a busy one. It just has nothing to show for it.
What stops an aisle is motion, sound, and a crowd already gathered. People stop where other people are stopped.
The usual fixes don’t hold anyone
A ten-second stop, then they’re gone.
They take it without breaking stride.
You can’t wave people down. They avoid eye contact.
Nobody watches a screen at a trade show.
The Draw
Guests don’t watch — they feel it. Every brake, shift and corner through the seat, on a wraparound screen, with a live leaderboard climbing overhead.
One person racing pulls five more to watch. The five become the line. The line is what stops the aisle.
And unlike a photo op, it holds them. Average engagement runs well past ten minutes — that’s real face time your team can use.

Read the Long Beach GP case studyCost Per Engagement
Divide what you spend by the people you actually engaged — cost per engagement.
Against the alternatives an exhibitor usually weighs — a photo booth, a VR headset station, a celebrity appearance, or two more staff on the floor — a racing activation moves more people, holds them longer, and gives you a number to report afterward.
We hand you a post-event results report: drivers, sessions, engagement time, leads captured. Proof the booth worked, in a form you can forward to whoever signs off on next year’s budget.
