The Founder
Twenty years in aerospace. It shows.
Trackside was founded by an engineer with two decades in aerospace — the industry where checklists aren’t optional, timelines don’t slip, and everything is tested before it flies. That background is all over how we run events: load-ins planned to the minute, backup equipment on every truck, a run-of-show your venue’s facilities team can hold us to, and a crew that treats your event date the way a launch date gets treated.
The result is simple to describe and rare to find: the activation shows up, works, and takes nothing from you but space and power.

Everyone takes the wheel.
At our events, 89% of drivers have never touched a simulator. The format is built for first-timers — short sessions, a race director coaching every seat — so nobody stands at the edge of the room watching everyone else have the fun.
Real numbers only.
Our case studies publish what we measured — 589 drivers, 1,384 sessions — and where we don’t have a number yet, the page says “metrics pending.” Proposals work the same way. If we quote you a throughput, it came from a show floor, not a brochure.
Engineered, not improvised.
Space and power are the only two things we ask of a venue. Everything else — rigs, screens, cabling, contingencies — is checked, backed up and rehearsed before doors open. Twenty years of aerospace habit doesn’t switch off.
