Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown within 30 miles. Custom liveries — your brand on the cars — are included from The Grand Prix up, and available as an add-on on any tier.
No problem. The 5 hours is pure event time — setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock. If you need a longer window or multiple days, tell us your timeline and we’ll quote it in your proposal.
Orange County and Los Angeles County are included in standard delivery. San Diego, Riverside and beyond are quoted transparently in your proposal — no hidden fees.
Yes. The packages below cover most corporate events. Multi-day trade-show and festival deployments are quoted to scope around your footprint, show days and KPIs. Tell us the show and goals and we’ll build the plan.
A deposit reserves your date and the balance is due before the event. Exact terms are laid out in your written proposal, along with a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request.
Just space and power: about 4.75 ft by 8 ft of floor per simulator, and a single standard 110V wall outlet runs two rigs — no generators, no special wiring. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot — we slot in cleanly, keep the run-of-show on schedule and break it all down when the event ends.
