Less than you'd think — just a bit of floor space and a normal wall outlet. Each simulator has a tidy footprint of roughly 4.75 ft wide by 8 ft deep, and two rigs run comfortably off a single standard household outlet — no generators, no special wiring, no rewiring your ballroom. We deliver, set up, run and break down everything else: the simulators, the big‑screen broadcast and a dedicated race director. Indoors or out, ballroom or parking lot, we slot in cleanly and keep your run‑of‑show on schedule.
Programs scale by simulator count. Each rig runs about 15 to 20 drivers per hour, and that throughput multiplies with every simulator you add — so three rigs (our most‑booked setup) keep a steady grid running for anything from an intimate executive dinner up to a 200‑guest off‑site. A qualifying → heats → grand‑final format keeps everyone engaged, not just the person in the seat.
We reply to every inquiry within one business day with availability and a single recommended program. For dated events we recommend reserving three to six weeks out — but we regularly accommodate shorter timelines when the calendar allows, so it's always worth asking.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage at $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate and provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request. You'll also get a clear run‑of‑show so your facilities and AV teams know exactly what to expect.
Everything needed to run the experience: a dedicated race director running the show, professional simulators, a live leaderboard and custom intro screens — plus delivery, setup and breakdown. Custom liveries — your brand on the cars — are included from The Grand Prix up, and available as an add‑on on any tier. You provide the space and power; we handle the rest, load‑in to load‑out.
No problem. The 5 hours is pure event time — setup and breakdown are on us, off the clock. If you need a longer window or multiple days, tell us your timeline and we'll quote it in your proposal.
